Do I need experience or a license to ride?

No previous experience is needed. Every rider gets a safety briefing and a short practice before heading out. New York State has boating safety certificate rules for personal watercraft operators — we explain on site how they apply to your ride and help you complete any required steps before you start.

What is the minimum age?

Drivers must be 18 or older and show a valid photo ID. Passengers aged 8 and up can ride together with an adult driver. Each jet ski carries up to two riders on our tours.

What should I wear and bring?

Swimwear or quick-dry clothes, sunglasses with a strap, sunscreen and your photo ID. We provide Coast Guard–approved life jackets and a dry bag for your phone. Please leave valuables at home or in your car.

What if the weather is bad?

Safety always comes first. If we cancel because of weather or harbor conditions, you can reschedule for free or receive a full refund — your choice.

How and when do I pay?

After we confirm your slot, you receive the final price and a secure payment link, or you can pay on arrival. You never pay before your date and price are confirmed.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your ride. Later changes depend on availability — just call us and we will do our best to help.
